If you can't log in to Switchboard and you see this at the top of the page, you're pending approval!

This means an administrator for your community needs to approve your account before you can make posts and comments on the Switchboard.

Most administrator approve new members within a couple days, but they may not always know who you are. If you are waiting to be approved, you can email your community administrator using the link in the banner message that displays when you attempt to log in.
