You should include Switchboard in your email newsletter regularly. Featuring success stories is an organic way to do that.

The email newsletter is a mainstay of communication with our alumni, so much so that if we don't announce something in a newsletter, many alumni won't know about it.

Whether you're announcing your Switchboard or just sending people a reminder, including Switchboard in your newsletter is easy.

Kenyon simply added Switchboard to their list of social media channels in one newsletter:

Featuring Switchboard success stories is perhaps the best way to promote the platform—it's exciting and doesn't feel like advertising. Seattle Pacific University's newsletter is a great example:

Even short newsletter entries, like Oxy's, are enough to remind people who haven't signed up yet—or visited it in a while—that Switchboard exists:

And, of course, adding Switchboard to your list of social media icons at the bottom of your newsletter, like Santa Clara does, is an easy way to promote it:
